The art of Brian Lynch is now on display in the library’s gallery.

 Saugerties artist Brian Lynch produces work with seemingly minimal means to arrive at maximum emotion.  His ink drawings and prints (litho and etching) are on display through March 2012 in the new Saugerties Public Library Art Gallery on the ground floor. Brian has created a 5 foot by 21 foot mural specifically for the adjacent gallery space that brings together a multitude of images that interest and move the artist.   This unique collaged work is the first site-specific work we have shown in our new space.   It’s an exciting event.  An opening reception will be held later this month on a Saturday, January 21st at 12pm.
